Grown as "multi-trunk" specimen trees, these green seedling Japanese
maples are wonderful anywhere in the garden you want the beauty of a
multi-trunk tree AND the texture of Japanese maple foliage.
While you may think only of a crapemyrtle when you think of a
multi-trunk specimen tree, you may want to consider these Japanese
maples for that spot next to the deck or patio where you want to "see
through" the tree yet want a bit of shade from the tree's canopy.
These Japanese maples may be planted in ALL-DAY summer sun OR in quite
shady spots.
Green Japanese maple seedlings grow to about 20' tall and wide. Expect
1-2' of growth a year.
